Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to join the team and provide exceptional support to the executive leadership.
The ideal candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for executive meetings.
Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and logistics for executives.
Provide project management support for key initiatives led by the executive team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Process and track executive expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Organize and maintain confidential files and documents.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-level executives.
Exceptional organization and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
