The role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Chief Responsibility Officer. It provides executive, administrative support to the Chief Responsibility Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CRO’s Itinerary.
Conduct weekly diary meetings with the CRO to discuss upcoming engagements, meetings, invitations and other requests.
Schedule on behalf of the CRO meetings with direct reports.
Prepare and arrange the CRO travel and accommodation requirements.
Filter emails, general information, queries, correspondence, phone calls and invitations to the CRO by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
Ensure the CRO is fully briefed on, or prepared for any engagements she is involved in.
Maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CRO.
Provide an effective documentation system using best practice model; and maintain data base for valuable business contacts.
Prepare professional presentation slides and documents and delivers papers for CRO.
Conduct research and present findings to the CRO.
Maintain CRO’s office supply and inventory.
Take minutes during meetings
Organize and maintain the office filing and administrative task of the CRO’s office.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
A First Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial study or any related discipline.
4 - 6 years Executive Assistant experience role within a structured corporate environment.
