Excavator Operator at Trucrete Solutions Limited

Job Description

• We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Excavator Operator to join our team on-site and support ongoing road, infrastructure, and heavy-duty construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently for earthmoving, trenching, and site preparation
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance before and after operation
• Interpret site layouts and dig plans to execute excavation work accurately
• Work collaboratively with site engineers, supervisors, and other equipment operators
• Load and offload materials into trucks or designated areas
• Adhere strictly to safety and operational protocols on site
• Report mechanical issues or breakdowns promptly to the maintenance team
• Keep accurate records of working hours and fuel usage
• Assist in routine site tasks when not operating the equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience operating excavators in construction projects
• Valid and up-to-date heavy equipment operating license or certification
• Sound knowledge of equipment controls, maintenance practices, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret site drawings and instructions
• Physically fit and able to work long hours in a demanding outdoor environment
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Experience working on road construction or infrastructure projects is a strong advantage
