Event Manager at Sylken Ltd

Job role:

• Scouting and securing high-profile events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities that drive brand awareness, consumer activation, and share of voice. 
• Manage events end-to-end from opportunity evaluation and negotiation to on-ground execution and ROI measurement. 
• Scout, evaluate, and secure high-profile events and partnerships.
• Negotiation, vendor management, budgeting, and project management.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in events, brand activations, or sponsorships within healthcare, wellness, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years working years of experience in event management, sponsorships, brand activations, or experiential marketing, preferably in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle. 
• Existing network of event organizers, industry associations, agencies, or media partners is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience managing exhibitions, conferences, sponsorships, and large-scale consumer activations end-to-end.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking ROI and event KPIs.

Location:

Candidate must be based in Lagos, and willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends during events.
