Event Decoration Production Officer at Natafamdaivid Consulting Nig. Ltd

Job Details

• Monitor and oversee events from preparation and set-up through teardown to ensure adherence to planned format, compliance with company’s regulations.
• Meet with vendors at the venue to help with set-up, collecting (pre-agreed upon) supplies and decorations, and working with staff to ensure the completion of a successful event.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics for event setup and teardown.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to onsite teams based on project requirements
• Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to uphold the company's reputation for excellence
• Collect Mood board and take  along with measurement and photocopy to the event a week before event
• Act as a point of contact for clients during events, addressing any concerns or last-minute changes.
• Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of decor elements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality control throughout the process
• Monitor inventory levels and procurement needs to ensure adequate stock of raw materials and supplies.

Proficiency:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in production management, preferably in an event decoration environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in production processes, materials, and equipment.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve shared goals.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office suite
