• To Bring in New Management Briefs
• To Bring in New Valuation Briefs
• To Value Properties and Prepare Valuation Reports
• To Proffer Creative Ideas on How to Grow the Company
• To Effectively Market the Company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• An Experienced Estate Surveyor that understands the dynamics of working in an evolving economy with a passion for work, must be proactive, smart, diligent, intelligent and able to articulate in English effectively.
• All Applicants Must Possess a Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from A University of Repute
• Must Have Completed NYSC
• Must Have Worked in A Real Estate Firm For At Least 3years.
• Must Be Able to Carry Out Valuation of Land & Properties Without Supervision
• Must Have Marketing/Agency Skills
• Must Be Able to Manage Clients Properties Efficiently
• Must Be 'It' Compliant and Can Work on Ms-word.
• Must Be Able to Multitask, Work Under Pressure and Meet Targets
