Estate / Site Supervisor at BAYIT Properties and Investment Limited

Location: Ojo, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating site work activities with other departments/subcontractors/supervisors/managers
• Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

• Ordering materials and supplies
• Preparing schedules, work progress, production and other reports
• Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers
• Liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated
• Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards
• Perform any other task as may be assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
