Job Summary

• We are seeking an Estate Manager to coordinate access to residential and commercial estates for FTTH fiber deployment.
• The role involves engaging estate associations, landlords, and residents to secure permissions, scheduling installation teams, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain access approvals from estate associations, landlords, and residents.
• Conduct estate surveys and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate site access for survey, civil works, and fiber installation teams.
• Resolve access-related issues and maintain documentation of approvals.
• Track deployment progress and report to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• HND / B.Sc in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 – 5 years experience in telecom deployment, preferably FTTH/FTTx.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Right-of-Way (RoW) and local regulations is an advantage.
