• We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Entry-level Telesales Agents to join our dedicated team. As an Intermediate Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / NCE or OND qualification
• One year of experience in customer service, Telesales, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software/tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
