About the Role

• The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in setting up ERPNext for a retail store environment, ensuring smooth operations across sales, inventory, finance, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and implement ERPNext tailored to retail business operations.
• Integrate ERPNext with WooCommerce/website platforms for seamless order, product, and customer synchronization.
• Optimize modules for sales, purchase, inventory, and accounting to fit retail workflows.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and provide ongoing technical support for ERPNext.
• Collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Train staff on ERPNext usage and create documentation for internal processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ERPNext implementation and customization experience.
• Proven experience with WooCommerce or website integrations (must-have).
• Strong understanding of retail operations (inventory, sales, and point-of-sale systems).
• Solid knowledge of Python, Frappe framework, and API integrations.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend ERPNext solutions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Based in Lagos, Nigeria, and available to start immediately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with fast-paced retail or e-commerce environments.
• Familiarity with other ERP systems and integration tools.
• Strong documentation and training abilities.
