Enterprise Manager at BU Power Limited

Job Summary

• The Enterprise Manager will be responsible for the planning and operations of enterprise-level projects and initiatives.
• This position will be responsible for relating with cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments to achieve enterprise-wide goals.
• The Enterprise Manager will be responsible for assessing risks and developing mitigation strategies, as well as ensuring that projects are delivered within the scope, schedule, and budget.
• This position will report to the executive leadership team and will work closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-level project plans and strategies
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization
• Relate with cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment of goals
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay within scope, schedule, and budget
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with enterprise projects
• Analyze data and provide insights to drive decision-making
• Manage and mentor team members
• Communicate project updates to executive leadership team and other stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field
• At least 5 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-level projects and initiatives
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Above average intelligence, high aptitude and a willingness to adapt to new fields
• Analytical thinking
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
