    Enterprise Account Manager

    • We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth by managing and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients.
    • Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
    • The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the (enterprise) sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal
    • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
    • Assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
    • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
    • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
    • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and maintain the company’s reputation
    • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
    • Provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.
    • Generate and keep prospective client database updated
    • Make cold calls for new business leads
    • Support in writing new business proposals
    • Maintain high knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company

    Qualifications

    • Possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and can engage with stakeholders at all levels
    • Enterprise and Public Sector Experience
    • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
    • Previous experience within the Software & Cloud services industry
    • Strong desire and business acumen
    • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
    • Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
