Engineering Lead
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Responsibilities
- Management & building of software teams
- Delivering on set software goals and objectives
- Ensuring software reliability across several products and stacks
- Creating future-relevant software strategy for the business
- Upskilling the software teams
- Management of stakeholders
Requirements

Minimum 5 years working in software development as a manager/ in a senior role
- Proven experience working with wide range of stacks & platforms(MEAN, LAMP, Java, Mobile/Cross-platform, Web)
- Strong DevOps and Software Reliability skills across providers and tools(AWS, Azure, Git, etc)
- Deep agile methodology experience
- Deep understanding of computer systems
- Deep grasp of logic
- Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture
- Proven experience managing wide range of software projects
- Strong project management skills
- Tact & Diplomacy
- Conflict resolution skills
