Email Marketing Associate at eRecruiter

Our client is a world class technology online marketplace. They are currently looking for the Email Marketing Associate (eCommerce) - 100% Remote.
 

Role Summary

The Email Marketing Associate will be responsible for building awareness by developing and executing on email marketing strategies to meet user’s needs — and maximizing traffic to the platform. They will craft and oversee promotional and platform emails, and work to publish or distribute them to the public. The role will require the following, but not limited to responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, segment target audience and grow our email list
• Lead the execution of email marketing programs from start to finish
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns and automations on Klaviyo and Hubspot
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
• Write newsletters including all company updates
• Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Manage and maintain an email routine, schedule, or calendar.
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
• Develop and implement an A/B testing programme to help us increase our engagement rates
• Review and analyze data to understand how users are interacting with email, ensuring we tailor to their interests, translating into better lead generation
• Create and deploy a re engagement strategy for clients who aren’t currently opening emails

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years experience in a senior sales development role
• Must have a BSC in Marketing, Business Admin or any relevant field.
• Must have a proven track record.
• Must have worked in similar capacity at their current place of work.

Gross monthly salary: $700 to 850
