Responsibilities

We seek a Plumber who can deliver on the following:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures according to specifications and safety standards.
• Perform inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Diagnose electrical problems and troubleshoot malfunctions to determine appropriate solutions.
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals on construction projects to ensure electrical systems meet design requirements.
• Estimate materials and labour costs for electrical projects and provide accurate quotations to clients.
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, testing equipment, and safety gear to perform electrical work safely and efficiently.
• Install and maintain electrical panels, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
• Test and repair electrical motors, generators, and control systems.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and services provided.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and explaining electrical procedures.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrician.
•  Experience with low-voltage systems, such as security and fire alarm systems.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient lighting and electrical technologies.
• Experience working with HVAC and building automation systems.

Required Competencies:

• Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose electrical issues and identify effective solutions.
