Key Responsibilities
Training Program Development:

• Design and deliver inspiring training programs for beauty consultants and makeup artists.
• Create an engaging curriculum for skincare, makeup, and beauty courses.
• Follow and be at the forefront of beauty trends and techniques.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct impactful workshops, classes, and personalized training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and offer insightful recommendations.
• Ensure training embodies Essenzas brand standards.

Team Management:

• Lead and inspire a team of trainers within the team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide empowering feedback on team training and Development.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed on the latest products, technologies, and techniques.
• Facilitate engaging product training for team members.

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor training quality and uphold high standards.
• Ensure compliance with Brand standard
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations for the team

Requirements and Desired Skills

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc in any relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in beauty education or training.
• Strong knowledge of beauty, makeup, and skincare.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Record of developing an effective training plan
• Knowledge of Nigerian beauty market trends.
• Ability to adapt training programs to diverse learning styles.
• Proficiency in social media usage and content creation
• Experience with luxury beauty brands.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles.
