This is a full-time on-site role for Economics/Business Studies and Yoruba Tutors at Domfas ILA, located in Ado Ekiti. Tutors will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons in their specialized subjects. Responsibilities include creating detailed lesson plans, assessing student performance, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and collaborating with other educators to align with curricular goals. Yoruba Tutors will additionally focus on language proficiency and cultural education, while Economics/Business Studies Tutors will aim to build students' analytical and economic reasoning skills.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Economics, Economic Modeling, and Health Economics concepts
Strong Analytical Skills and familiarity with Statistics
Expertise in Yoruba language and culture for the Yoruba Tutor role
Effective communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
Experience in teaching or tutoring within a structured academic curriculum
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Studies, Yoruba, or a related field
Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Passion for education and commitment to student development
