    E-learning Consultant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and innovative E-Learning Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of effective e-learning solutions, identify new business opportunities, and generate leads to drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • E-Learning Solution Design: Collaborate with our team to design and develop effective e-learning solutions that meet clients' needs.
    • Content Development: Assist in the development of high-quality e-learning content, including course materials, assessments, and evaluations.
    • Project Management: Support the management of e-learning projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients to drive business growth.
    • E-Learning Platform Management: Assist in the management and maintenance of our e-learning platforms, ensuring smooth delivery of online courses.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all e-learning solutions meet our quality standards, are engaging, and effective.
    • Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Business Growth: Generate a high-level increase in new business leads per quarter, with a conversion rate of at least 30%.
    • E-Learning Solution Quality: Achieve an average rating of 4.5/5 for e-learning solution design and content quality.
    • Client Acquisition and Retention: Build and maintain relationships with at least 7 new clients per quarter, with an extreme high client retention rate.
    • Project Delivery: Deliver at least 9/10 of e-learning projects on time, within budget, and with an extremely high client satisfaction rating.
    • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, resulting in at least 20 new leads per quarter.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
    • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in e-learning, instructional design, or a related field.

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of e-learning principles, instructional design models, and adult learning theory.
    • Experience with e-learning authoring tools.
    • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proven business development and lead generation skills, with a strong network of contacts in the e-learning industry.
