The E-commerce Manager will oversee the company’s online retail operations, driving digital sales growth, optimizing the online customer journey, and tailoring e-commerce strategies to Nigeria’s unique market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the e-commerce strategy for the Nigerian market.
Oversee website performance, ensuring mobile-friendliness and fast load times.
Manage product catalog, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
Drive online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, affiliate) tailored to Nigerian consumers.
Manage order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service in line with local infrastructure realities.
Track KPIs, sales performance, and ROI.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5 – 7 years e-commerce experience, with at least 3 in management.
Proven track record in driving online sales in Nigeria.
Strong knowledge of local payment systems, logistics, and consumer behaviors.
