DWDM Technical Engineer at MacTay Consulting

Job Responsibilities

• Engineering implementation, debugging and commissioning, upgrade, troubleshooting, and network maintenance of related products and equipment.
• Track and give feedback equipment problems, handle difficult problems, and collect and sort out technical information.
• Takes charge of daily communication with customers, maintains and improves customer relationships, and improves the customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate the customer, pre-sales, and R&D departments to communicate and solve engineering or product-related problems, and provide necessary technical support.

Knowledge & Skill Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, electronics, computer science, and other related course.
• Have a strong background in communication technologies. Familiar with communication networks.
• Understand project management knowledge, have good communication and coordination, organization and planning capabilities, be dedicated, and have cooperation spirit and a sense of responsibility.
• It is preferred to be familiar with OTN/DWDM products
