Driver Support Officer, Inbound at Reposebay Human Resources Limited

About the Role

• We are seeking a highly organized and service-driven Driver Support Officer (Inbound) to manage all inbound requests from drivers and clients.
• This role is essential in ensuring smooth driver recruitment, onboarding, and fulfillment of daily operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound driver and client requests within 30 minutes.
• Fulfill all daily driver replacement, onboarding, and on-demand requests.
• Screen, verify, and onboard qualified drivers according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation for drivers (NIN, license, guarantor details, proof of address, etc.).
• Pair drivers with client job requests and ensure timely follow-up until completion.
• Track issues and resolve them within SLA timeframes using the ticketing tool.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for the Driver Support Lead and Operations team.

Requirements

• BSc with 2 years of experience in operations or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Familiarity with mobility or logistics operations is an added advantage.
