Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of staff, visitors, and materials while maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, clients, and goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and servicing of company vehicles.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods and materials as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle expenses.
• Follow designated routes and schedules, ensuring efficiency in transportation.
• Provide courteous and professional interactions with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
• Assist in any logistics or administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional driving experience.
• Good knowledge of routes, traffic laws, and regulations within the operating area.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
• A clean driving record with no history of accidents or violations.
