The company requires an honest, diligent and intelligent professional to grow with its team in its Port Harcourt branch officer as a *Documentation/Operations Officer.

Job Description (in Summary)

• Update records, files and follow up on documentation requirements and ensure timely submission.
• Review and verify the accuracy of documents such as contracts, invoices, reports and shipping documents.
• Coordinate logistics and administrative processes.
• Identify inefficiencies in documentation and operational processes and recommend improvements.

Major Requirements

• A degree/ HND in Business Administration, or any of the Management, Social, Physical, Life Sciences or Humanities.
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of import documentation (preparation of final documents for PAAR processing, SONCAP, Form M and Capturing/Assessment).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
