Document Control Analyst at Global Profilers

Salary: 200,000 – 300,000 gross

Job Description

A highly organized and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in document control/data analysis.

Minimum Requirements

• Process and control all project documents on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure quality documentation, such as drawings, RFIs, and incoming and outgoing registers is maintained.
• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
• Prepare process documents, organize an archiving system, and ensure all team members have access to necessary documentation.
• Retrieve documents upon request.
• Outline a long-term storage system.
• Prepares routine claim reports (insurance and suppliers) for management as required.
• Adherence to requirements/standard.
• Prepare and analyze production/quality data for management.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./BE/HND in Science and Administration.
• Min of 2years proven work experience in document management/data analysis, archive management or records.
• Knowledge of document management systems like SharePoint, ONLYOFFICE, DOCUWARE CLOUD, RUBEX.
• Proficiency in document capturing systems like CAPSYS Capture and EEROX DOCUSHARE.
