This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kwara State, Nigeria, for a Distribution Operator at Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company.
The Distribution Operator will be responsible for operating equipment, such as forklifts, ensuring smooth and efficient distribution processes.
The role also includes routine inspections, adherence to safety protocols, monitoring distribution systems, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations. The candidate must follow company standards and policies regularly to maintain high service delivery quality.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Forklift Operation for managing equipment and handling materials safely and efficiently
Experience in Training to ensure skill enhancement and adherence to safety and operational procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety standards and operational guidelines
Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during operations
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate a commitment to excellence
Previous experience in energy or utility sector operations is a plus
