Dispatch Rider at Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited

Job Summary

• The Dispatch Rider is responsible for the timely and secure delivery of official documents, cheques, correspondences, and parcels between branches, clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• The rider plays a critical role in supporting the smooth operational flow of the Microfinance Bank by ensuring safe, prompt, and professional dispatch services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external documents.
• Pick up and drop off items from regulatory agencies and partner institutions.
• Support inter-branch communication and logistics by conveying physical files and materials as required.
• Ensure the timely delivery of confidential bank documents while maintaining integrity and discretion.
• Conduct daily pre-ride checks on the assigned motorcycle to ensure safety and roadworthiness.
• Ensure the motorcycle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly.
• Promptly report mechanical faults, accidents, or delays to the supervisor.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Admin.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an FSLC / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 0-2 years work experience.
