Director of Philanthropy at Rescue the Hopeless Mission

​​​​​​​Responsibilities and Duties:

The ideal candidate will

• raise funds
• develop partnerships with organizations and individuals
• execute the RHM mission and vision statement
• develop long term relationships with current donors while cultivating relationships with new donors
• develop outreach strategies and other fundraising activities
• secure financial support
• run special events for donors
• sustain revenue
• help RHM reach their annual goals

Qualifications and Skills.

Required.

The right candidate will

• possess a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent (HND) in business, non-profits, marketing, accounting, management, or other related fields
• be a Christian
• have a passion for the poor
• possess digital/social media skills
• possess strong interpersonal communication skills
• strategic and creative thinker
• have fundraising experience
• reside in Ibadan or willing to relocate
• pay attention to details
• be able to work without supervision
• be honest and reliable

• have good social media skills
• have marketing and/or accounting skills
