    Direct Sales Representative

    Job Description

    • We’re looking for a proactive and energetic Direct Sales Representative to help us grow our customer base and manage key client accounts.
    • You’ll be responsible for scouting companies that need printing and packaging services, bringing them in as clients, and ensuring they keep coming back every month.
    • If you’re driven, persuasive, and love closing deals, this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and acquire new clients who need printing and packaging services (e.g., pharmaceuticals, FMCG, corporate offices, manufacturers, agencies).
    • Meet monthly acquisition targets (4–5 new active clients monthly).
    • Build and maintain strong relationships to secure repeat business.
    • Act as the primary liaison between clients and our production/design teams.
    • Manage the entire job process — from client brief to production, delivery, and follow-up.
    • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
    • Monitor all client requests, orders, and deliveries to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
    • Provide weekly updates and sales reports on client activity and revenue generation.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred but not compulsory).
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles.
    • Experience in printing, packaging, advertising, or related industries is an advantage.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-driven environment.

    Salary
    Base Salary + Attractive Commission.
