We seek highly motivated Direct Sales Agents to join our client's team. Successful candidates will identify and acquire new customers, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers for the bank's products and services
Meet sales targets for deposits, loans, and other banking services
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Build relationships with existing customers and cross-sell bank products
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
OND, HND, NCE, or BSc in any discipline
0-1 year sales or marketing experience (banking experience an advantage)
Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
