Job Description

• Conduct door-to-door sales to onboard new microfinance clients 
• Educate potential customers on our financial products 
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets 
• Build a strong pipeline of repeat clients 
• Sell and cross sell savings and loans products

Requirements

• Possession of relevant higher education certificate/degree 
• Customer-Led: you listen first, understand clients needs deeply and tailor solutions  that truly helps 
• Solution-Driven: you do not just sell products, you solve financial challenges with  the right offerings
