We are seeking smart, driven, and result-oriented Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to join their growing sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving the institution's business growth within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new customers to promote and sell the institution's financial products and services.
Achieve and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to management.
Requirements
Qualification: OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
Age: Not more than 35 years old.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience working with a financial institution. Candidates who are smart, intelligent, and have some sales experience may also be considered.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
