    Direct Sales Advisory (DSAs)

We are a leading Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) on a mission to empower people across Nigeria to live healthier, fuller lives by providing access to quality healthcare services.

    We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents (DSA) in the following locations:

    • Lagos Island
    • Lagos Mainland
    • Lagos - Lekki
    • FCT Abuja
    • Plateau Jos
    • Kano
    • Ibadan, Oyo State
    • Kaduna
    • Port Harcourt, River State
    • Benin
    • Delta
    • Enugu
    • Abia

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Promote and sell the company’s health insurance plans to potential clients.
    • Ensure policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and completion of appropriate forms.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
    • Seek out new clients and develop clientele through networking for new customers and generating lists of prospective clients.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales strategies.
    • Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients.

    Requirements:

    • HND or B.Sc in a related field.
    • One year of related work experience.
    • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Knowledge of health insurance products and industry trends is an advantage.
