Digital Sales & Partnerships Representative at Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively hunt and convert both individual and corporate clients across digital and physical touchpoints
• Leverage digital tools (web, mobile, social media) to drive product sales and generate leads
• Onboard and manage agents, affiliate partners, and B2B distribution channels
• Conduct visits to prospects, partners, and key clients when necessary to close deals and build relationships
• Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns and track performance metrics
• Ensure excellent customer and partner experience throughout the sales journey

Requirements:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a hunter mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Solid understanding of digital tools, platforms, and online lead generation strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage both digital and physical sales pipelines
• Experience with CRM tools and basic analytics for performance tracking
• Familiarity with financial services, insurance, or fintech products is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel for client and partner visits as needed
