    Sales and Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and achieve or exceed sales volume and revenue targets as defined in the business plan.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about competitors and industry developments.
    • Promote the company’s products by identifying and engaging potential and existing clients.
    • Launch and promote electrical household equipment in local markets and drive customer engagement through online marketing platforms.
    • Negotiate with clients, resolve customer issues strategically, and ensure clear understanding of proposed solar energy and electronic solutions.
    • Maximize business growth potential within assigned territories and across the state.
    • Oversees sales operations systems and workflows
    • Organize and participate in regular product sensitization and promotional campaigns.
    • Stay updated on trends and developments in the home appliance electronics and solar industry to provide valuable insights to customers.
    • Provide technical and non-technical support to clients and address inquiries during the sales process.
    • Work closely with project managers and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Demonstrate product features and functionalities to customers effectively.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in-home appliances, solar products, electronics, or a similar technical sales role.
    • Strong product knowledge and understanding of electronic gadgets and devices.
    • Good knowledge of market geography and product distribution processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel across states as required by business needs.
