This role is responsible for developing and executing digital sales and marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert clients through online channels. This role will also leverage on our digital tools and platforms, analyze data to drive sales growth and enhance the firm's digital presence.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy aligned with the firm's overall goals and objectives.
Identify target client segments and devise tailored approaches to attract and convert them through online channels.
Implement lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising, to attract potential clients.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Develop and manage client engagement programs, including webinars, online workshops, and educational content, to nurture client relationships.
Optimize the firm's website and online platforms for conversions, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for clients.
Oversee the creation and distribution of digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, webinars, and newsletters, to engage and inform clients.
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and search engine optimization (SEO), to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor and analyze digital sales performance using analytics tools.
Generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
Ensure that all digital sales and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and firm policies.
Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect client data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and marketing, to align digital sales efforts with broader organizational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, IT or a related field.
Minimum of Eight (8) years relevant post-qualification experience
Master's degree or relevant professional certificate is an added advantage
Proven experience in digital sales, digital marketing, or a related role within the financial services industry, preferably in a brokerage firm.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
Proficiency in using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of financial markets and investment products is advantageous.
