Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and strategic professional that will manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, WhatsApp, and more.
• Optimize website performance through SEO and SEM strategies.
• Build and implement engaging email marketing campaigns.
• Develop WhatsApp marketing strategies to engage existing clients with personalized offers and updates.
• Create retargeting workflows for email campaigns, including abandoned cart reminders and loyalty program updates.
• Run retargeting ad campaigns using Google Ads and Meta platforms to maximize existing client engagement.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written materials.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s luxurious image and resonates with the target audience.
• Track campaign performance metrics such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Submit detailed weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure all marketing efforts reflect Flawless Aesthetic Center’s premium and luxurious identity.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for consistent messaging across all channels.
• Explore new marketing tools and strategies to enhance campaign performance.
• Experiment with creative ideas to differentiate the brand in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Professional certification in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
