    Digital Marketing Manager

    Position Overview

    • The Digital Marketing Manager in Ashcorp is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance the brand's online presence, engage high-end consumers, and drive e-commerce growth.
    • This position requires a deep understanding of the luxury fashion market, advanced digital marketing skills, and the ability to create innovative campaigns that reflect the brand's prestige and values.
    • The Head of Digital Marketing will work closely with creative, communication, sales, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful digital presence globally.

    Key Responsibilities
    Digital Marketing Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the brand’s vision, mission, and business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify digital opportunities and trends within the luxury fashion market.

    E-Commerce and Online Sales:

    • Drive the growth of the brand's e-commerce platform, optimizing the online shopping experience to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to develop and execute strategies for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

    Social Media and Content Marketing:

    • Oversee the creation and management of high-quality content across social media platforms to enhance brand engagement and loyalty.
    • Develop and execute social media strategies that resonate with luxury consumers and drive organic growth.

    SEO and SEM:

    • Implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase website traffic and visibility.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of SEO and SEM campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize results

    Digital Advertising:

    • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including display ads, social media ads, and retargeting, to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
    • Track and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI).

    Email Marketing:

    • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture customer relationships, promote new collections, and drive online sales.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns and optimize strategies for better engagement and conversion rates.

    Data Analytics and Performance Tracking:

    • Utilize digital analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital marketing strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field within the luxury fashion industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and digital consumer behavior.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Expertise in e-commerce, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
    • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

    Work Environment:

    • This position typically operates within other Ashcorp professional environment, with frequent collaboration across various departments. Some travel may be required for market visits, events, and meetings.
