    Digital Marketing Lead

    In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

    Your duties will include content creation, copywriting, planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in creating content, copywriting, marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

    This position requires a highly creative, motivated, self-starting mind-set and work ethic. Collaborative and able to adaptively implement your skills across variety clients, industries and verticals. You should be able to develop a solid on-page SEO strategy from scratch and have vast content and social media management and marketing skills.

    You should have working knowledge and experience with Inbound Marketing concepts and be well rounded with all digital marketing channels and their interdependencies. The core responsibility will be to expand the digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads of Buildings and More Limited and our client roster. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

    Digital Marketer Responsibilities:

    • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
    • Draft and send out newsletters 
    • ·   Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • ·    Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    •   Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
    • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
    • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
    • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
    • Lead the digitial team inhouse and virtual in producing our monthly video and graphics content and ensure they are completed as at when due.
    • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
    • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
    • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
    • Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
    • Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
    • Maintains digital marketing staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
    • Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

    Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
    • Experience creating strong, engaging content and audience both online and offline.
    • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions
    • A portfolio of applicable outputs.
    • Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
    • Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Strong listening and communication skills.
    • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
