    Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

    Job Objective

    • The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving leads, sales and customer acquisition through digital channels for Pragmatic Technologies.

    Tasks and Responsibilties
    Campaign Management:

    • Oversee paid campaigns (Meta + Google)
    • Work with external ad specialists
    • Optimize performance weekly

    Lead Generation:

    • Ensure steady flow of qualified leads
    • Improve cost per lead
    • Launch new campaigns

    CRM & Sales Alignment:

    • Manage lead flow into Zoho One
    • Ensure all leads are followed up
    • Track conversion rates

    Website & Store Performance:

    • Improve conversion rates
    • Optimize product pages
    • Work with developers if needed

    Content Coordination:

    • Plan weekly content
    • Supervise content creator
    • Ensure brand consistency

    Reporting:
    Weekly performance report:

    • Leads
    • Cost per lead
    • Sales from digital channels

    KPI (Non-Negotible)

    • Leads per week
    • Cost per lead
    • Conversion rate
    • Revenue from digital

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • 3–6 years experience in digital marketing

    Strong understanding of:

    • Paid ads
    • Funnels
    • CRM systems
    • Data-driven mindset
    • Execution-focused (not theory)
