JOB brief:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented IT/ Campaigns Officer to join our team!  You will be a creative and passionate individual who has hands on experience of generating and maximizing large campaigns, across channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn, driving quality web traffic and increased conversions and/or sales. You will also

• Posses a good Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Good organization, time management and prioritization
• Efficient troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of video editing is compulsory for this position.

Responsibilities

• Understand hospitality business objectives.
• Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
• Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with in-house technical staff
• 4Support new technology implementation
• Train users in new and existing IT systems.
• Provide assistance with technical issues
• Updating of hotels and apartment availability on aweenow.com
• Creating and maintaining both organic and non organic marketing campaign online for the company using various Chanel's like; Google, Facebook, twitter, YouTube etc.
• Creating, uploading and maintaining the company YouTube channel

Requirements

• Proven experience as IT Specialist and Internet marketing.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware,software and network problems
• Experience with various operating systems and databases
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer service orientation
• Interpersonal skills
• HND/BSc in computer science, IT or relevant field
• Professional certification is an asset
