    Digital Marketing & Communications Officer

    Job Ovrview

    • The Digital Marketing & Communications Officer is responsible for driving Fembol Group's brand visibility, managing digital platforms, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. 
    • This role is pivotal in achieving the company's vision of becoming a globally recognized brand with a strong, desirable public image.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all company social media platforms (Fembol and Hauliin) including posts, comments, and DMs.
    • Create monthly content calendars and oversee consistent posting schedules.
    • Develop engaging content (text, visuals, video) tailored to each platform.
    • Handle external communications with clients, investors, and directors-Press Releases, Proposed Fembol Quarterly Newsletters, Articles, and Trend Reports.
    • Lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the Hauliin product launch (Pre-launch, Launch, Post-launch).
    • Manage media relations and coordinate interviews or media features.
    • Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns to generate qualified leads.
    • dentify strategic events and industry opportunities to promote Fembol's brand.
    • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure lead conversion and campaign alignment.
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform brand improvements.

    Daily Routine:

    • Content scheduling and engagement monitoring.
    • Drafting press communications or stakeholder updates.
    • Coordinating with the Creative Designer on visuals.
    • Reviewing analytics and refining strategies.'5. Collaborating with Sales for lead updates.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelors Degree
    • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing & Corporate Communications
