Job Description

• They are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to lead our online marketing efforts.
• The ideal candidate must understand how to attract, engage, and convert leads using digital tools and strategies tailored for the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage content creation, paid ads, and SEO to drive traffic and conversions
• Handle the company’s social media pages with consistent, engaging content
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report ROI
• Support lead generation and nurturing through email marketing and landing pages
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing goals with business targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing (experience in real estate is a strong advantage)
• Proficient in social media ads, Google Ads, SEO, Canva, and email marketing tools
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
