Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website graphics, and digital advertisements.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, and develop design solutions that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.
• Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that adhere to brand guidelines and reflect our brand identity and values.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate them into your work to ensure that our designs are fresh, modern, and impactful.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Work closely with external vendors, printers, and other partners to coordinate the production and delivery of print materials, ensuring that they meet our specifications and standards.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and interns, mentoring them and helping them grow their skills and capabilities.
• Continuously evaluate and refine our design processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, and contribute ideas for improving our overall design strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices is a plus.
