Digital Marketer / Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities
- Project and maintain the Brand's Vision,Values and Mission Statement.
- Maintain a positive,empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and team members
- Communicate with customers through various online channels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Know our products inside and out so as to answer questions intelligently= .
- Be a reputable representative of SGTC.
- Manage the brand website after launch
