Directly Reports to: Communications Manager
Internal Relationship: Communications, Executive Management, Sales, Corporate Strategy, Human Resource, IT Support, etc.
External Relationship: Company’s appointed PR & Media Relations Agencies,Clients, Research Institutions, Industry Associations, Vendors, & Journals, etc.
JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Communication Executive will be responsible for coordinating the digital communications output within the Unit. Creates and delivers emails, direct mail, newsletters, presentations, social media contents and other similar publications.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic.
Work with the Communications Manager to develop specific and targeted marketing communication content to target audience clusters.
Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
Executive Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital communications campaigns based on set goals
Coordinate conference, trade shows, and press interviews.
Prepare agendas and conduct research.
