Job Summary

• The Driver is responsible for safely transporting staff, goods, or materials to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner. The role includes maintaining the assigned vehicle, ensuring compliance with traffic laws, and providing professional and courteous service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, clients, or goods to designated locations.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report faults promptly.
• Ensure vehicle documents (license, insurance, etc.) are valid and up to date.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading items when required.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
• Report accidents, incidents, or delays promptly to management.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE / High School Diploma.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Minimum of 2–5 years driving experience.
• Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
• Clean driving record.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of responsibility and reliability.

Working Conditions

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
• Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
• May involve long-distance travel.
