    Digital Channel Manager

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will be developing, identifying opportunities, building digital solutions, and grow our digital products in the Fintech Space.
    • Candidate must be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production - from conception through release.
    • He / She must be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance of the brand identity internally and externally
    • Drive product strategies and long-term vision to build best in class digital products
    • Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams from end to end of the process
    • Ability to craft a product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy
    • Participate in market research, validation and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities
    • Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build product roadmaps that will be incorporated in the broader company product portfolio plan
    • Develop and implement data pipelines that extract, transform and load data into an information product
    • Work on managing, storing, processing, and analysing large data sets to identify business opportunities /efficiencies
    • Evaluate, analyse, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Post Graduate Degree will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years or more in a related role
    • Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
    • An understanding of trends and ability to respond to customers’ wishes
    • Ability to think strategically and be proactive
    • Strong Leadership skills
    • Strong team working skills
    • Ability to manage allocated budgets
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Deep experience and an understanding of market research
    • Time and Project Management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Must be curious, optimistic, and energetic
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications
    • Display in-depth knowledge about product users and industry.
