Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year work experince.
• Ability to use the social media tools as marketing.

Salary
N3,800,000 Annually.
