Oversee the translation of project concepts into physical structures, ensuring strict adherence to quality, timeline, and budgetary requirements within the civil construction domain.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, review, and execution of design processes for civil construction projects.
Establish and manage design project schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality drawings.
Collaborate with Engineers to create technically sound drawings that meet project specifications and standards.
Coordinate with various teams to streamline project specifications and ensure efficient execution of design plans.
Conduct site inspections to ensure designs are faithfully executed and meet quality standards.
Identify and address potential issues swiftly, implementing robust contingency plans.
Provide creative direction and feedback to exceed client expectations.
Represent the company while engaging with clients and professional teams.
Maintain detailed documentation of design processes and project progress.
Generate reports highlighting milestones and addressing challenges.
Perform any other functions requested by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
University degree in Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or a relevant discipline.
MBA and/or MSc in a relevant field is an advantage.
Relevant professional certifications in Civil Engineering, Design, or Construction Management are an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years' experience working on high-rise buildings.
