Design Manager at MacTay Consulting

Responsibilities:

• Design principles and template definitions
• Design delivery plan development;
• Design progress control, design quality control
• Design team organization and management
• Coordination and communication between teams Clients, Subcontractors, Internal
• Follow up the progress of survey and design according to the arrangement of the design manager
• Review the quality of design documents and AS BUILD documents, and guide subcontractors to complete the output of documents when necessary
• Guide construction changes and complete plan modifications
• Directly participate in site survey and design tasks when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or a related field
• Extensive experience in telecommunications network design and implementation
• Proficient in network design tools and software
• Good knowledge of Autocad and MSOffice
